Back to 1983 in the heart of West Islip (NY) a tiny Italian-American bakery started its long path into the hearts of Long Islanders.

The early success of the new adventure started by Danny Sr. Delia and Danny Jr. paved the way to their next location in Farmingdale (NY) where the family has been baking since then.

“The bakery industry has been facing great challenges and changes since we started 26 years ago, but we are convinced that baking the old fashioned way, using fresh ingredients in all our recipes is the best way to reward our loyal customers who see baking as an art.
